Every year, their prestigious Hot 100 recognises the figures that have had a significant, personal impact on the digital industry. We are delighted that Siji’s business expertise and digital contribution have earned him a place on this year’s honours list.

Joining us straight from the University of Bath’s School of Management, Siji has rapidly taken a key role implementing the strategy behind our agency’s continued growth. Recently turned 26, our Growth Director leads the talented business development and marketing teams.
Siji's personable, relentless approach to solving clients’ digital challenges helps us sign and retain top clients, and ensure they continue to benefit from our services. He also squeezes in time for the digital community: founding The Digital Pond, which has become London’s largest free digital meetup, with close to 2,000 members.
